Window and Door Installation is Complete

All the windows and doors are installed, many with fixed transoms overhear. Window and door exterior all wood architectural trim is also in place.   The window and door trim design - both interior and exterior casing and window top crown mould detail - is a custom design by the BuiltMark owner.

The roofers are installing storm-guard in the roof valleys to prevent leaks. Note the stacks of shingles on the roof.

The top surface of the footers for the patio walls are just visible at grade level.
